Cloakware has a seasoned leadership team, consisting of software and security industry veterans. They’ve earned their stripes at such companies as Oracle, Xerox, Adobe, Nortel, IBM and SAP.

Graham Kill, Chief Executive Officer
Graham Kill became Cloakware's CEO when Irdeto acquired Cloakware in 2007. Graham joined Irdeto as finance and operations director and became CFO in 1995. He assumed the position of chief executive officer of Irdeto in 1998. Prior to that, Graham held management positions at USC, British Gypsum and the British Coal Corporation. Prior to joining Irdeto, Graham worked for the FilmNet Group (later NetHold) as a corporate finance associate. He was actively involved in pay TV business development initiatives, various acquisitions and in financing transactions. Graham holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and an engineering degree from the University of Nottingham. He is a registered European Engineer, a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Director in the UK.

David Canellos, President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)
David Canellos is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cloakware, leading the day-to-day operations of the business. Cloakware provides software security products and services to Enterprise data center, the US Government, and Technology, Media & Entertainment segments. David has 20 years of professional experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining Cloakware, David was the general manager and vice president of sales for Cramer Systems (now Amdocs), a UK based company, where he was responsible for the company's revenue and operations in the Americas. Previous to his work with Cramer, David held a variety of executive, sales management and business development positions with the Oracle Corporation, Versatility and SAIC. David holds B.Sc. and MA degrees from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia.

Patricia Brander, Senior Director of Human Resources
Patricia Brander is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all Human Resource programs and initiatives. Patricia brings more than twelve years of experience in Human Resources in the high tech sector. Before joining Cloakware, she was the Director of Human Resources at CML Emergency Services, a leader and recognized innovator of mission-critical 9-1-1 emergency response and systems management solutions. Patricia holds a Bachelor’s degree from St. Francis Xavier University as well as an Advanced Program in Human Resource Management certificate from University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Patricia is a Certified Human Resource Professional.

Jeff McMullen, Vice President of Finance
Jeff McMullen is Vice President of Finance for Cloakware. Jeff comes to Cloakware with 20 years of experience in the technology industry, a proven track record and management and leadership skills in his various roles. He has led or participated in transactions valued in aggregate at over $1 billion. Most recently, Jeff served as CFO of Nakina Systems Inc., (a developer of management systems for telecommunications carriers and equipment manufacturers) and Neterion Inc. (the industry leader in 10 Gigabit Ethernet adapters for server and storage environments), and as a consultant to a number of start up companies. Prior to this, Jeff served as Senior Vice President and CFO at JetForm Corporation (now part of Adobe Systems), and was instrumental in various acquisitions and public financings. During Jeff’s tenure at JetForm, revenues rose from $12 million per year to over $100 million. Jeff is a graduate of Queen’s University and is a Chartered Accountant.

Kenneth Pennell, Senior Vice President of Engineering
Senior vice president of engineering, Ken Pennell is responsible for the product development, quality assurance and information technology organizations at Cloakware. An industry veteran, Ken brings more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications sector including Nortel Networks, where he held various developmental positions, the most recent was Director of Software Development for a Gigabit Router, in Massachusetts. Ken has held senior positions in both software and hardware development groups in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Cloakware, he was the director of development at Zucotto Wireless, a computer processor and software manufacturer, for Java™ wireless devices. Ken has a diploma in Electronics Engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland's Marine Institute in St. John's.
