Lynne Boyd

Lynne Boyd, Vice President of Sales, Americas, Consumer Product Solutions

Lynne Boyd is Vice President of Sales, Americas, for Cloakware’s Consumer Product Solutions business, leading Cloakware’s sales teams and business strategy in the Americas. Lynne has more than 25 years of professional experience in the technology sector. Prior to joining Cloakware in 2004, Lynne served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Silanis Technologies (Montreal) and as Executive Vice President for Federal and Worldwide Sales for JetForm Corporation (now Adobe). In both of these roles, she was responsible for the company’s revenue growth and strategic account approach worldwide. Before joining JetForm, Lynne was Senior Vice President of Sales and later President and CEO of Uniplex Inc., which was acquired by IMI Ltd. (UK). Earlier, Lynne held executive and sales management positions with Contel Advanced Systems (now GTE), TELIC, and Xerox Corporation (in the Xerox Systems Division that brought Ethernet to market). Lynne holds a B.Sc. with honors from Vassar College, including an honors exchange at the University of Michigan, and graduated from the EPGC program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Yuan Gu

Yuan Gu, Chief Architect

Yuan Xiang Gu is a co-founder of Cloakware and co-inventor of Cloakware’s software security technology. As Cloakware’s chief architect, Yuan is responsible for product architecture as well as technology development and evolution. He and his co-inventors have been granted six U.S patents and have a number of patents pending.  He has worked in several senior management positions in Cloakware including vice president of technology development and engineering. Prior to joining Cloakware, Yuan was a senior scientist and architect at Nortel Networks, focusing on object-oriented languages, software environments, compiler technology, intelligent network technologies, computer security and software protection. Previously, Yuan was a visiting professor at the Computer Science School of McGill University, where his research interests included language-oriented environments and design and implementation of parallel languages and systems. Yuan was a professor in the Computer Science Department at Northwestern University in China, where he worked on software engineering, programming languages, compilers, operating systems and artificial intelligence. A recipient of the First Outstanding Young Scientists Foundation Award from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Yuan has over three decades of software research and development knowledge and expertise, and has published over 50 papers.  Yuan graduated from Computer Science at Northwestern University, China.

Paul Litva

Paul Litva, Vice President of Business Development, Consumer Products

Paul Litva is responsible for business development for Cloakware's Consumer Products Division. Prior to joining Cloakware, Paul was a vice president and director of TD Securities, specializing in financial analysis of the high tech sector. From 1995 to 1997, Paul reported to the chairman of Clearnet PCS Inc. in a strategic planning role. From 1987 to 1995, Paul worked for Nortel Networks, in roles ranging from designing integrated circuits to business development. Paul was a key contributor to the development of Nortel's SONET OC-48 product, which carried over 75% of the world's Internet traffic in the early 90's. Paul holds a B.Eng. from Queen's University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Greg McKesey

Greg McKesey, Vice President of Consumer Products

As the Vice President of Consumer Products at Cloakware, Greg McKesey is responsible for overseeing product marketing and product management, as well as heading up Cloakware's technical pre-sales team. With 21 years of industry experience, his areas of expertise include software engineering and network and application security. An effective team-builder, Greg has held various executive positions in Cloakware including special projects, professional services, product management and customer support. Prior to joining Cloakware in 2002, Greg was director of research and development at NetPCS, general manager, Ottawa Operations for SLMSoft.com and CTO of Milkyway Networks Corporation. He has a B.Eng, Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal.

Dennis Nye

Dennis Nye, Vice President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

Dennis Nye is Vice President of Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), leading Cloakware’s sales team and business expansion strategy in that region. Dennis has more than 25 years of professional sales and marketing experience in the technology and computing sector. Prior to joining Cloakware, Dennis established and successfully grew the European presence for Viewlogic and Actel and held worldwide sales management responsibilities at both Celoxica, and SIGMA-C. In addition to his sales experience, Dennis has also served as worldwide Vice President of Marketing for Actel Corporation while based in California. Dennis holds a First Class Honors Degree in Applied Physics from Brunel University.
